Small Group Cohort Training

6 (1-hour) sessions over 8-10 weeks
Up to 5 staff

In groups of no more than five, the team meets with me on a regular basis to identify discrete tasks that need to be accomplished. Together, we walk through the steps necessary to accomplish the task. We build a foundational understanding of what is possible using your data tools so that similar tasks can be accomplished in the future without intervention.

Includes pre-work and scoping as well as follow-ups and final materials.
