Lisa Hitch

Lisa Hitch

Lisa Hitch is a Principal Data Consultant at The Information Lab US, an Adjunct Lecturer in Biostatistics and Quantitative Research at the CUNY School of Public Health, and a PhD Candidate in Community Health. Her research focuses on how people use GenAI to access health information, with an emphasis on health literacy and technology adoption.

In her consulting work, Lisa helps clients across industries build impactful Tableau dashboards, streamline workflows with tools like Alteryx and SQL, and implement data strategies that drive adoption. She’s especially passionate about translating complexity into clarity — whether that means enabling clients through tailored training and workshops or designing dashboards that actually get used.

As Co-Lead of the Data+Women NYC Tableau User Group, Lisa actively mentors others and creates spaces for more people to enter and thrive in the data field. In her free time, she’s recently discovered a love for flying trapeze and she is always on the lookout for the best cup of coffee.
