• 1× live training (60 min) + Q&A, recording included.
• As-needed support (5 hours) via email/Slack for 30 days post-delivery.

2) Core Data Visualization Style Guide (Most Popular)
What it is
A full, adoptable style guide with patterns for your common chart types, chart hierarchy, an accessible palette, and trainings for design and engineering.
Deliverables
• Everything in Audit & Quick Guide, plus:
• Full Style Guide (35–60 pages, PDF/Notion) including:
• Color & contrast rules (light/dark, AA/AAA).
• Typography for chart text and hierarchy
• Chart library for bar/line/area/stacked, small multiples, maps, and tables (when to use, defaults, edge cases).
• Chart layout
• Checklist
• 2× trainings (90 min each) for PM/Design and Eng, with recordings and handouts.
• Office hours (10 hours over 3 months) for adoption and small tweaks.
Revisions: 3 iteration rounds.

3) Design System for Data (Guide + Figma + Code)
What it is
Takes the Core guide and connects it to code: design tokens, a Figma library, and reference chart components (React/D3 or Svelte/D3) so design and build stay aligned.
Deliverables
• Everything in Core, plus:
• Design tokens (JSON) for color ramps, spacing, radius, shadows, motion.
• Figma library: chart primitives + variants (dense/exec modes), token page, examples for bar/line/area/stacked/table.
• Reference code (3–5 chart components) with typed props, theming, responsiveness, basic a11y hooks, and Storybook usage docs (React/Svelte).
• Pilot refactor: 1 key chart or 1 dashboard template implemented using the system.
• Adoption kit: migration checklist, checklist for charts, contribution guidelines, survey for follow-up iterations
• Support (20 hours over 3 months) for integration and onboarding.
