Sample approach:
1. Three 45-minute assessment interviews with up to five stakeholders. Focus is identifying the “why” behind data related questions. What actions do we hope to take and why are they important?
2. Question identification and platform access. Outlines several key questions, based on the assessment interviews, that the exploratory analysis phase seeks to answer. Consultant gains access to relevant systems.
3. Four one-hour data exploration sessions with analytics primary
4. Midpoint pre-meeting, report, & presentation. A halfway mark report identifying progress made, technical and procedural gaps, and paths forward.
5. Four one-hour meetings with primary. Question revision, additional data exploration, & visualization for presentation.
6. Final report and recommendations. Includes recommendations for proper data tools, timelines for implementation, and training plans. Includes pre-meetings, and feedback session.
